Application scope, use and advantages of high-angle conveyor

Application scope of high-angle belt conveyor: 

①, it can be widely used in coal, grain, building materials, construction, metallurgy, electricity, chemical industry and light industry.

②, it can convey various bulk materials with a bulk density of 0.5-2.5t/m³ in an environmental range of -25~40℃.

③, the maximum conveying angle is 90°, and the maximum block size of the conveyed material is 550mm. Advantages and uses: Corrugated sidewall conveyor belt: plays a traction and bearing role in the conveyor. The corrugated sidewall, the diaphragm and the base belt form a "gate"-shaped container for conveying materials, thereby realizing high-angle conveying.

Drive device: It is the power part of the conveyor. It is composed of a Y series motor, a ZJ shaft-mounted reducer, and a wedge-type backstop.

Drive roller: It is the main component of power transmission, and the conveyor belt runs by the friction between it and the drive roller. This series of transmission rollers are divided into rubber surface and smooth surface. The rubber surface roller is used to increase the adhesion between the roller and the conveyor belt.

Redirection roller: used to change the running direction of the conveyor belt. Redirection roller is used on the lower surface of the conveyor belt (non-bearing surface).

Pressing roller: used to change the running direction of the conveyor belt, and the pressing roller is used on the upper surface of the conveyor belt (bearing surface).

Idlers: The idlers are used to support the conveyor belt and the materials on the belt to ensure stable operation. This series has two types: upper parallel idlers and lower flat idlers.

Belt rollers: Belt rollers are used to support the lower branch of the conveyor belt on the convex arc section frame, and are supported on the empty edges on both sides of the sidewall conveyor belt. Several groups of belt rollers form an arc section to redirect the conveyor belt. The belt rollers are cantilever supported.

Vertical rollers: Vertical rollers are used to limit the deviation of the conveyor belt and are installed on the upper and lower transition section frames. There are 4 vertical rollers on each filter section frame, two on the upper and two on the lower.

Beating wheel cleaning device: used to beat the back of the conveyor belt to shake off the materials stuck on the conveyor belt.

Tensioning device: its functions are: 1. Make the conveyor belt have enough tension to ensure that there is no slip between the conveyor belt and the transmission roller. 2. Limit the sag of the conveyor belt between the supports to make the conveyor operate normally. This series adopts a spiral tensioning device.

Frame, head funnel, head shield, material guide trough, intermediate frame, intermediate frame legs, etc.: they play the role of support, dust prevention and material guide in the conveyor. The intermediate frame legs of this series are low, medium and high. The lower horizontal section and the tilt are only equipped with low intermediate frame legs, while the upper and lower horizontal sections are equipped with different intermediate frame legs (low, medium and high intermediate frame legs) according to different head frames (low, medium and high head frames).
