Product Description

A belt cleaner is a device used in material handling applications to effectively clean conveyor belts. It is designed to remove sticky debris and spillage from the belt surface, ensuring the belt remains clean and so to avoid the belt deviation or damage. Highly abrasion- resistant polyurethane blades and rigid, torsion-free steel construction to make sure conveyor working better.  

Applicable belt width: 500-2000mm

Applicable belt speed: <=5.5m/s

Primary Scrape

Primary belt cleaner installed at about 45 degree lower than head pulley centre line. It's the most important cleaning device of the conveyor.

Second Scraper

We called these secondary or third belt cleaners positioned after the primary cleaner, to further clean the belt to ensure any remaining material is removed.

Return V Shape Cleaner

V shape cleaner locats on the return belt to remove the spillage from working belt to nonworking belt.
